Lindsey has been performing and dancing for many years.
She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance with a
concentration in Jazz from East Carolina University in May of 2004, where
she was the recipient of the Outstanding Senior in Dance Award.
Lindsey has extensive training in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, and Tap from
artists like Joseph Carow, Galina Panova, Betsy Herskind, Patricia Weeks,
Amanda Oakley, Tommi Overcash Galaska, Joel Hall, Eddy Ocampo,
Nick Pupillo, Clarine Powell, and many others.
Her performance credits include Dance Chicago 2004 and 2005, Joel Hall Jazz Dance Company II Spring Concert, East Carolina University Dance Theater, the 2004 American College Dance Festival Gala, the Miss North Carolina Pageant, and the East Carolina University Professional Theater's production of "Smoky Joe's Cafe."
Lindsey is currently a member of a professional dance company in the Triad.
She is not only talented in teaching the finer details of technique, but
also brings her love of all dance styles into every classroom
she enters at Dancers Edge!
