Sara was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and began dancing
at the age of 3. She received her High School Diploma in 2010 from
the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Ballet.

While at school she was chosen to perform the role of the Sugar
Plum Fairy in UNCSA's television broadcast of The Nutcracker,
choreography by Ethan Stiefel, on UNC TV. Sara also was a
competition team dancer at Dancers Edge while at UNCSA.

For the past two years Sara has been a member of the
Royal New Zealand Ballet. While living in New Zealand she
performed soloist roles such as the Grace Fairy in The Sleeping
and the peasant pas de deux in Act 1 Giselle.
She also danced in Benjamin Millepied's work, 28 Variations
on a Theme
by Paganini and in Balanchine's Who Cares.

"Dancers Edge has always been like a family to me," says Sarah.
"I am honored and very excited to be teaching for them!"

Dancers Edge is proud to have Sarah as part of the DE Team!
